HAVING YOUR OWN LIMITED COMPANY

Following our guidance, you:

•    set up your own company and its bank account

•    become a shareholder and director of your company

•    control the bank a/c and advise us of your gross earnings

•    have LBFM calculate all deductions

•    get paid a net salary and dividends each week or month

•    claim legitimate expenses and have the net proceeds paid to you

•    have all PAYE and NIC deductions paid for you to the Revenue

•    have LBFM prepare all company accounts, company tax returns, payroll, employment returns, HMRC year-end returns and all other documentation and MUCH MORE **

•    pay weekly or monthly fess only for weeks worked

•    retain LBFM’s services and only pay for the periods you work

•    receive a P45 when leaving and a P60 at year-end

This option gives the best take-home payments of all and gives comprehensive coverage of what a company requires. You must be a true contractor and outside IR35: on which, guidance can be given on request
